This page exists for the case where the 365 single-sign-on path into the Inclusive IT Admin Portal is unavailable — Entra outage, federation misconfiguration, or any other condition that locks out every staff account.
Every visit to this page is written to the portal security log.
The former remote alert route is retired, so that alert is best-effort;
emergency sign-in does not depend on it.
Attempts here are bounded by this portal alone: ten attempts per
five minutes from the same source address. The window refills in full
once it has passed and does not escalate with repeated failures.
Emergency access is unavailable.
Required local credentials have not been configured for this environment.
